Thank you for your interest in joining the Community Arts Center’s staff for their 2024 Summer Arts Camp! The Creative Arts Camp is seeking friendly, fun and enthusiastic individuals to assist with and/or teach week-long, full-day and half-day camps. Please read the camp descriptions for more details on all the themes. Creative Arts Camp focuses on visual and performing arts for all skill levels ages 4 and up. Please read qualifications carefully before applying.
BOSS Camp Instructor: – Instructors are professionals in their area of concentration and are required to work their assigned camp in its entirety. They must plan and prepare all materials necessary for the production to be of a high quality experience. Instructors help provide guidance and attention to all campers to make BOSS Camp a time for fun and artistic growth. *Instructors must be available the both weeks of camp including all final performances.
Instructor: – Instructors are professionals in their area of concentration and are required to work their assigned camp in its entirety. They must plan and prepare all materials necessary for class and work towards a final show. Instructors help provide guidance and attention to all campers to make Creative Arts Camp a time for fun and artistic growth. *Instructors must be available the entire week of camp including all final showcases.
Counselor: – Under the direction of the Camp Director, assist in planning, teaching, coordinating and facilitating all camp activities including set up, classes, performances, and clean up. Help provide guidance and attention to all campers to help make Creative Arts Camp a time for fun and artistic growth.
Jr. Counselor: – Under the direction of the Camp Director, assist in facilitating all camp activities including set up, classes, performances, and clean up. Help provide guidance and attention to all campers to help make Creative Arts Camp a time for fun and artistic growth. Must be able to commit to a whole week of camp at a time.
