 2018 OSAF- General Information


23rd Annual Orange Street ArtsFest

Location:  The festival will take place at our namesake location on Orange Street between Front and 3rd streets, next to the Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center and in front of the building on 2nd Street.

Show Hours: 
*Memorial Day Weekend* 
Saturday, May 26 - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm 
Sunday, May 27 - 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

The building will open to exhibitors 2 hours prior to the start of the show on Saturday morning. Personnel will be on site starting at 7am for set-up.

Set-up: Orange Street will be open for booth set up from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. At your assigned time, artist will be asked to unload your vehicle, park it and then return to set up your booth.  After 9:00 a.m., the street will be closed to all traffic.

Sunday, May 27 - 5:01 pm - 7:00 pm. All exhibits must be removed by 7:00 pm. Exhibit area must be left clean and free of trash at breakdown.

Our Management

The Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center is managed by the staff of the The Thalian Association, the Official Community Theater of North Carolina.

The Thalian Association is a non-profit, membership organization founded in 1788 to provide arts education and bring the excitement of the performing arts to Wilmington. The organization has its offices and holds auditions at the Community Arts Center.  The Center also hosts the Thalian Children's Theater classes and performances.

Parking Rates:

- Hourly: $1.25
- Daily: $7.00
- Monthly: $50.00
